
Australia’s captain Aaron Finch won the toss and decided to field while India’s openers Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan came to bat. India wrapped up on 256 down on 10 wickets created a very low start and with the 10th wicket of Mohammad Shami drubbing on low full toss, hopes started depreciating when there was no wicket till the 10th over while Australia batted. While the Australian openers scored a double ton, Indian bowlers failed to acquire a single wicket the whole match.

There from the pavilion everyone waited for Virat Kohli to maintain the benchmark of the game, but oh wait that’s KL RAHUL in the third batting position. Moving on with the perplexed dilemma Dhawan and Rahul attained their steady partnership for a while, untill Rahul caught to a length through Ashton Agar. Disappointed by the slow incrementing of runs, crowd cheered for Virat Kohli as he showed chivalry through his pace. Fans got tuned up when Kohli hit a six in the 31st over of Adam Zampa, but with the consecutive ball Kohli got out while stunned everyone. The match continued with a steady pace after that and boosted up once a while when Jadeja came to bat and hit a six. The game got wrapped up in the nearby overs when Australian bowlers did a fantastic job and made India halt on 49th over giving only 260 runs to chase at 5.20 run rate per over.
David Warner and the captain Aaron Finch came to bat while Mohammad Shami started off with the first ball. Everyone waited for a wicket or two in the powerplay while Indian seamers struggled to terminate runs from the Australians. Bumrah and Shami weren’t in a great form and hence gave plenty amount of runs in the beginning without a wicket. Australia finished the game with a decent 10 wickets lead in the 37th over.
While Finch and Warner both made their appalling centuries , India struggled for their partnership with poor bowling and unbroken records left for the next awaited do or die ODI match.
